About Me

    I grew up in Boise, ID where I had the great opportunity to grow up around sports. At the age of 10 I became a ball boy for Boise State football. I kept at that until I enrolled at BSU and I became a strength and conditioning intern while earning my degrees in Exercise Science.

    I have been fortunate in my career to work in professional hockey and soccer, sharing my expertise in sports performance. I have also been invited to speak at multiple conferences for the National Strength and Conditioning Association on the topic of sport science and performance.

    Career Timeline

    2016

    Graduated from Boise State University

    In 2014 I graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Exercise Science.  Shortly after, in 2016 I earned a Masters degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention

    2017

    Everett Silvertips

    In 2017 I became the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Everett Silvertips.  A member of the WHL, we had 13 NHL draft picks during my time which ended, along with our season in March 2020.

    2020

    Phoenix Rising FC

    In 2020 I became the Sport Scientist for USL team Phoenix Rising.  There I helped establish their sport science program and supported several players who played for their national teams.

    Minnesota United FC

    After a short but successful stint at in Arizona, I became the Lead Sport Scientist with MLS side Minnesota United.  There I established the sport science program and helped quantify player data and improve player health and performance through advanced statistics and data analysis.
